Leadership
Below are some of the clubs and organizations in which I participated.
Human Development and Family Science Student Association
This is a club for the students in my major at LSU to get connected with peers and members in the community. I served as treasurer from August 2023- May 2024 and vice president from August 2024- December 2025. We organized meetings and events with local organizations to educate students on different resources available to the community and possible career opportunities after college. One organization that we worked with was Walk MS Baton Rouge.

Elenian Club
The Elenian Club is the oldest Italian women's organization in New Orleans, LA that focuses on connecting members with their heritage and raising money for charities. Since December 2020, I have been a third generation member. In January of 2023, I was given the opportunity to represent the club at the Italian Future American Leaders Conference. I met other future professionals from around the country to learn about how to keep our heritage and organizations alive by bridging the gap between varying generations.
Service
I highly value being involved in my community. Below are some organizations and volunteer experiences I have had.

Family Youth Service Center
August 2024-December 2024 | Baton Rouge, LA
I contributed to creating a welcoming and functional environment, while supporting the center's mission to serve families and youth in the Baton Rouge community. Some of my peers and I organized the suit closet for F.O.A.M. (Fathers on a Mission), ensuring professional attire was readily available for program participants. Additionally, I assisted in cleaning and preparing the center for various events hosted by the different agencies housed within the Family and Youth Service Center. Through my volunteering, I was able to see how organizations offer support to children and families to help fulfill their needs and achieve their goals.
LSU Future Scholars Program
January 2025 - May 2025 | Baton Rouge, LA
As a volunteer for the Future Scholars program, I dedicated 10 hours to working with eighth grade students during Scholar Saturday events. In collaboration with LSUFS freshman mentors, I helped facilitate activities designed to foster leadership, academic growth, and essential life skills, ensuring students’ success in high school and beyond. I also applied my knowledge of adolescent development to ensure activities are both engaging and developmentally appropriate for the students.

Wish Volunteer

January 2025 - Present | New Orleans, LA
After my internship I decided to continue my support for the organization by becoming a volunteer. As a dedicated Make-A-Wish volunteer, I help bring joy and hope to children facing critical illnesses by supporting the wish-granting process. Through my role, I engage with wish families, assist in planning and coordinating wishes, and ensure each experience is meaningful and impactful. My involvement allows me to apply my knowledge of child development to create positive, memorable experiences for children and their families.
Tiger Tales
August 2025 - December 2025 | Baton Rouge, LA
Through the LSU School of Social Work, we go into the classroom to read books to the class, facilitate engagement through discussion, and lead the students through a related craft. While leading children through the craft, I use my knowledge of development and play to foster creativity and learning.
